Here is the best job search tip in 2020. Appy to Jobs you aren't qualified for! Many of us have struggled with not feeling qualified for job openings at companies we want to work at. If you're scared to apply to a job because the job description seems out of your league or you don't feel qualified, then watch this video. One of the best things I learned in college was to let the company tell me no. Once I adopted that mindset it helped me apply to any and every job i came across lol but no seriously don't let a job description make you think you can thrive in that role, you don't perform half of the task in a job description in your typical day to day.
